WHICH LORD HAS THE WORST QUESTS?

Hello,

Can anyone "beat" Grombrindal's requirements? Having to travel all the way to Norsca, building a gyrocopter etc. Those are absolutely terrible requirements to move the quest chains onwards. Do any lords have it even worse?
