Video Playback Issues

Hello,

I am trying out vMix and have installed the Basic 7.5.0.35 version. I love the sofware but I am having difficulty in getting videos to playback properly. I have included the image below to show everyone what I mean.

I have tried adjusting every setting that I can and nothing changes. The only video files that I have gotten to play correctly are Motion Jpegs in an avi container.
